From time to time you will have to issue keys to coolers, office space, inventory storage, and other areas of your bar, so maintaining a record of who has which keys is essential.

Bar Key Control Form

Use the Key Control Form to insure that there aren't multiple sets of bar keys floating around and that you know what keys to ask for when an employee leaves your employ.

The Key Control Form is available in the Microsoft Excel (xls) file format. You must have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer to use this form.
